What is Website Maintenance?
Website maintenance includes revising, editing, or otherwise changing existing web pages to keep your website fresh, and up to date. The periodic addition of new web pages is also part of maintenance services.
Websites are not intended to be static. The true value of a
website is the ability to maintain current information online, and
at a reasonable cost. We assume that you will want to revise some or
all of your web pages over time, as well as adding additional web
pages according to your business needs. To assist you in
maintaining current information online, we offer several options for
website maintenance.
Basic website maintenance services are included as part of our Website Design Packages.
Each Design Package provides for repair of all broken links and non-loading images free of charge. Website Design Package customers who want to make additional revisions or additions to their website, beyond included services, have several options.

Additional revisions can be made as often as desired, based on the hourly fee negotiated into your initial development agreement, with a minimum 1 hour service charge.

Revisions can be made more regularly than specified in your development agreement by purchasing an additional maintenance contract. A maintenance contract allows revisions to your website on a per call basis, instead of scheduled updates. Please refer to the Maintenance Contract provisions for more details.

Additional pages can be added by switching to a larger Website Design Package. There is a one-time charge to switch development agreements, and the difference between the two packages will be billable.

Following the upgrade, you will begin a new annual contract for the larger package.

Newsletter Option. One page on the website can be designated for a newsletter, articles, current information, or a similar topic. The text can be changed once monthly for the flat rate negotiated into your initial development agreement. This does not include changes to any banners, buttons or links, to or from the page.
